RECRUITMENT FORM DATA
Phase 1 of our recruitment process collects your name, contact information, professional designation, and resume for the sole purpose of initial screening. This data is transmitted securely to our clinical team via encrypted email and is not stored in our website database.
Phase 2 credentials — including registration numbers, police check results, immunization records, and references — are collected only after a successful initial screening interview, through a separate secure process managed by our Clinical Director.
DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, restricted database access, and secure file handling to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Sensitive professional documents are never stored on our public website server.
DATA RETENTION
For care professional applicants specifically, the following retention periods apply:
Phase 1 application data: retained for 12 months from submission date.
Phase 2 credential files: retained for the duration of the working relationship plus 7 years for legal compliance.
Inactive candidate files are purged or anonymised after 18 months unless the worker requests to remain in the active pool.
